30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at owner@gutgums.co with your order number and we'll process your refund, no questions asked.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund: your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date; the product must have been purchased directly from our website (gutgums.myshopify.com); and you must provide your order number. Opened products are eligible for a refund — we want you to actually try the gummies before deciding.
How to request a refund
Email us at owner@gutgums.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number and the reason for your return (optional but helps us improve). We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
Return shipping
For unopened products, we provide a prepaid return label. For opened products, no return shipment is required we'll process the refund based on your email request alone.
Refund processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The timing depends on your bank or card issuer. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product or variant, please request a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at owner@gutgums.co with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company (processing times vary). If you've done that and still haven't received your refund, contact us at owner@gutgums.co and we'll look into it.
